1.The glass

It is made by super white fabric tempered glass,thickness is 3.2mm,light transmittance up to 91% under the solar batter spectral response range(320~1100nm),radiation of ultraviolet light resistant,light transmittance won’t decrease.Module made by tempered glass can resistance the impact of diameter 25mm ice ball with 23M/s speed.

2.EVA

It made by thickness is 0.5mm high quality EVA membrane as encapsulant and glass,bridging agent between TPT,with high light transmittance and anti-aging ability.

3.The performance requirement of after curing EVA film

Light transmittance should greater than 90%,degree of crosslinking should greater than 65-85%,peel strength(N/cm),glass/film should greater than 30%,TPT/film should greater than 15%.Temperature resistance requirement:high temperature 85℃,low temperature -40 ℃.
